What is the purpose of the Virtual Volunteer Army?

As a search engine, raising money is about one thing: traffic.

The more traffic we can drive to our site means more money for our foundation, which means more money spent on our causes and charities. So, as a member of the Virtual Volunteer Army (VVA) your primary mission is to make the world a better place by helping our site get more traffic.

What are Virtual Volunteers required to do?

A Virtual Volunteer is someone who works as a volunteer from their home computer, on their own time, and on just the assignments they feel comfortable with doing.

A good member of the army will always do the following:

1. Remember the Mission - Our mission is to make OUR WORLD a better place to live.
   Countless BILLIONS of people around the world are counting on us to carry out our mission to the utmost of our abilities.
2. Carry Out the Mission - When you sign up to be part of the VVA you are taking on a responsibility to help us make a bigger impact on the world. Usually, tasks take only a few minutes, so please when you're assigned a task take it seriously and don't make someone else do your job for you. EVERY assignment is important, and EVERY assignment is better with the participation of all members.
3. Be the Mission - You have opportunities every day to do the right thing, and choose a path that leads to a happier and healthier planet. A good army member makes good choices in their lives, is good to other people, and doesn't pass up an opportunity to recruit others along the way.

What kind of Assignmens will I be asked to complete?

Assignments are given out over email, and you choose whether or not you want to participate, so there's no commitment.

Common assignments may be things like:

• To bookmark our blogs, articles, and website pages on social bookmarking sites like Digg or Delicious (don't worry we'll tell you how)
• To mention Dreamer.Me on Twitter or Facebook
• To write personal emails to influential people.
• To write blogs and articles which link back to and promote Dreamer.Me

Most Assignments will only take a few minutes, a few assignments will take 20 or 30 minutes if you choose to do them

If we see the problems with the world yet do nothing to stop them, then what does that make us?

Everything we have in life is a result of someone else's work. Our cars, our homes, our clothes, and our food are only here because of someone one something else's sacrifice. And while our planet is providing us with abundant free energy, recycled water and air, and abundant natural resources - all we can do is take more and pollute more. It's time for that to change, it's time for us to give back to our planet and to all of our neighbors.
