List of Charities


How do we select our charities?

Not all charities are created equal and choosing the best charitable organization for our money is very important to us. Our charities are chosen based on the following criteria:
  1. What % of donations actually goes to those who need it? Too often people's donations go to pay for a bloated bureaucracy instead of going where the money is really needed.
  2. Do they use open-book accounting? The most trustworthy charities actually allow you to see their financial records in an effort to prove they are doing the right thing with their donations.
  3. What is their reputation? Ratings cover a wide range of topics and are collected from various charity rating websites including: Charity Navigator and Charity Watch. We evaluate their ratings as well as their repuatations with other foundations.
Much time and effort is spent on selecting the best possible recipient for the money. We expect to become even more selective and thorough as we gain more resources to allocate to this task.

The enviroment is the home we all share, and it's time to start cleaning it up.

We are dedicated to making our world cleaner and less dependent on non-renewable sources of energy through research and funding for things like clean energy technologies and recycling programs.
